In this final version we take into account the effects of Doppler shifts.
That is, the speed of the atom makes the photons appear
to have a different frequency. Thus the laser must constantly be adjusted as the velocity of the atom changes.

Try to keep adjusting the laser to stay "tuned" to the changing speed
of the atom.
