Physics 2000 introduces interactivity by using Java applet programming.
- Java Applets
- Permit "virtual physics" experiments to be carried out in interactive internet sessions,
using browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer.
- Java applets are parcels of computer code downloaded by the browser, in which the user
manipulates virtual objects on the computer screen. The effect is the same as though
real objects were physically being moved around by hand.
