Uczniowie brali udzia\u0142 w warsztatach strukturalnych pod zawo\u0142aniem <em>Doskonale Uporz\u0105dkowany \u015awiat (DU\u015a)<\/em>. W ramach warsztat\u00f3w m\u0142odzi badacze analizowali w\u0142asno\u015bci klasycznych figur p\u0142askich, kt\u00f3rymi w r\u00f3\u017cnych konfiguracjach starali si\u0119 wype\u0142ni\u0107 ograniczone powierzchnie. Jednocze\u015bnie opisywali w\u0142asno\u015bci symetrii takich dwuwymiarowych uk\u0142ad\u00f3w. Nast\u0119pnie dokonali jako\u015bciowej oceny r\u00f3\u017cnic w upakowaniu przestrzeni z wykorzystaniem 7 podstawowych tr\u00f3jwymiarowych uk\u0142ad\u00f3w krystalograficznych. Grupy warsztatowe mia\u0142y r\u00f3wnie\u017c za zadanie por\u00f3wna\u0107 i przedyskutowa\u0107 r\u00f3\u017cnice pomi\u0119dzy struktur\u0105 soli i cukru oraz grafitu i diamentu. Najwi\u0119ksze zainteresowanie uczni\u00f3w wzbudza\u0142y jednak modele strukturalne fulerenu, nanorurki w\u0119glowej oraz p\u0142atka \u015bniegu.
