Maksymalna ocena z wej\u015bci\u00f3wki wynosi 5 pkt.<br \/>\nPo wykonaniu do\u015bwiadczenia nale\u017cy sporz\u0105dzi\u0107 stosowne sprawozdanie z jego przebiegu.
