Co-founder National Centrum of Nanophysics and Spintronics, SPINLAB. Coordinator of several investment projects (also supported in the frame of SPINLAB) developing unique equipment infrastructure at Department of Physics of Magnetism.

Activities: Investigation of statics and dynamics of magnetic domain structures and magnetic phase transitions. Development of magnetooptical magnetometers supported by digital image processing techniques. Experimental and theoretical study of garnet films doped by strongly anisotropic magnetic ions with different effects such as room temperature photomagnetism, magnetic structure shape memory, self-biasing. Study of influence of ion bombardment and light irradiation on properties of magnetic films. Investigation of magnetic anisotropy, domain structures and magnetization processes in ultrathin films. Spin waves studies in patterned films.
